Please carefully open and inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery, an email with photos of any issues will be required.

If there is an issue with your doll then please DO NOT USE her. Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 goods of this nature are excluded from returns due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

Returns will only be accepted for your order not being as described, damaged in transit or defective. In the event of the above we will collect at our cost and either repair or replace at our discretion. Replacements will be subject to the original production timescales.


No two dolls are the same so once production starts you can’t cancel the order. We will check the order details and submit it to the factory within a few hours.


Purchasing a sex doll companion of this quality costs money so please take care of her. Damage caused from misuse won’t be covered by our refund or replacement policy regardless of how long it has been has been in your possession. We stock repair kits that we can dispatch and advice is only a phone call or email away. Please see our care and maintenance section for further information.
